The Colorado Experience

What's good bloggers? I hope all is well.. as for me i departed from NY yesterday evening to Denver Colorado.. i missed my original flight which was scheduled for 4:30pm so me, my manager AZ and my dude Dj Gyvis had to reschedule the flight for 7:15 ....i arrived at 9:51pm pacific time which is 2 hours behind New York time. I never been here before so i was deeply intrigued to see what this state had in store for me. Once we landed we was picked up by my dude Gio we had to go straight to a spot for a performance i didn't have a chance to unpack or rest period ..but that's what i love about being an artist you know your doing something right when you doont even have time to blink when your actuall grinding!! I got to some spot called "Mynt" which was pretty cool but what was better than the spot itself was the poeple i had waiting there for me . i can't lie i have some loyal fans out here in Colorado (shout out to them!!) . I had the pleasure to meet and greet everyone there. at 12am sharp i got to do my 1,2 thing and rock the house .. i got alot of good feedback from my performance .. So today is a new day i have a nother show with Denver university and a radio interview with them as well i've been up since 10am getting my day started over here it's gonna be a long day but a great thanks to god !! I will definitely keep everyone posted and i'm going to be putting up some video blogs from the flight and the performance feeel free to leave a comment or ask questions i'm here for ya'll thanks for the support i highly appreciate it !!!! peace and love GAGE!!!!!!!!!

Whats going on blog world ? Today i woke up feeling like i had a ton of tasks to complete but didn't know where to start , so I said the hell with it I'm going to brainstorm over some good ol' breakfast .. lol... it's nothing like food for thought ...right or wrong? Anyway (moving on ) I know I needed to send out a few email blasts so that's where my days work started. Once i did that i shot down to the studio where i bumped to my extended fam Dj 350 (REd Cafe's Dj) and my dude ED (Avery Storm's Consultant) I began to Politic with my dude ED and he was giving me a few pointers on building this buzz that i'm working on . He says "Gage all of these blog sites and promotion from your team is totally free take advantage of that in a good way" .. Every time someone who is industry inclined tells me i have what it takes it only further notifies me that I'm definitely emerging on the ladder of success . So i did what i had to do as far as emailing people but other than that it was damn there a party in the studio with my DTF family ...shout out to everyone that was there we had alot of popeye's and sangria and i was definitely the life of the party (as usual i love to have a good time )...  So if ya'll wasn't in the know i rocked out as one of the head liners at the funk flex car show which turned out to be a wonderful event shout out to funk flex !! well im a lil tired from partying today ima talk to ya'll tomorrow peace and love ...GAGE !!

THE RECIPE FOR SUCCESS (all artists please read)

Whats good everyone.. lately I've been around a lot of different kinds of artists and alot of them don't have a clue where to start for a buzz.  Well if your reading this letter than i can help all of you artist who have good music and don't know what to do with it. First you must stay in the studio  and be consistent with your music , Second you must have a hell of a team that's ready to do what ever it takes to get you music heard by the masses (public ear). Third keep your visibility strong (ex: facebook ,twitter,myspace ,blogs etc) . Always keep a good relationship with producers ,promoters or basically anyone who has something to offer (people in the industry respect you more when your working hard and your humble). Do not be afraid to be out spoken a closed mouth doesn't get fed....stay hungry and dedicated success doesn't happen over night there's pro's and cons in this game. Keep your circle small and simple and you should be alright ... check me out everyday i will have different subjects to touch on with music ...peace and love ....GAGE
